Wait, who am I?

Hey there, I'm Niki!

I’m a Dutch 21 year old who’s currently a third year illustration and animation student at AKV St. Joost in Breda. Although many Dutch people think I’m from Belgium because of my exotic accent (which consists of a so called ‘zachte G’), I’m actually from a town called Kerkrade which is located all the way in the south of Limburg, but have been living in Breda for two years now.

I’m a story artist who mainly tells stories using 3D animation.

In my work, I like to raise awareness about subjects people don’t usually think about, like taboos or things people don’t want to talk about. Besides that, I love to create something out of the box, especially when it contains humor.

Also, have a look at my socks when you meet me. I never wear a matching pair, so it’s a daily surprise for everyone, including me, what combination I’ll be strolling down the streets in next.
